Sign-up is free and takes only minutes.  But we do require some information from you to maintain
California State law compliance:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, photo ID required.
• You must have a recommendation from a California licensed medical doctor for an appropriate
  disease, condition or disorder that allows for the use of medical cannabis.  If you do not
